Offering strategic and online communications advice and writing to a variety of clients. I am currently providing change communications advice to the Community Pharmacy Services Programme. Prior to this, I was the acting Internal Communications Manager at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Before this, I provided strategic change and internal communications advice to major transformation programmes at the New Zealand Police and the New Zealand Defence Force.
Online Communications Executive

Providing strategic online communications advice for communicating with Telecom's internal audience of 7,000 Trans-Tasman staff.
Tripled readership of Telecom's online news centre, Pulse, provided strategic management of CEO Theresa Gattung's intranet site, coporate Intranet portal About Us and the corporate section of Telecom's website.
Undertook content usability for both Intranet and Internet content.
Project managed the introduction of webcasting as a communications tool for both external and internal announcements.
Presented to a variety of conferences (CHINZ) and organisations (PRINZ Wellington, Department of Internal Affairs, Massey University students) on online internal communications and, with Telecom usability expert Brian Norris, on introducing usability to Telecom.*
Passed, with distinction (85 percent), the Advanced Certificate of Internet Marketing in March 2003.
